World Champion Tokey Hill Karate classes are great for everybody! Our students range from three (3) years old to retired professionals and everyone is encouraged to proceed at his or her own pace according to their personal fitness and experience levels by our professional and caring staff.
All classes include proper warm-up, strength training, skills practice, and warm down with stretching. All classes include an element of strength and endurance training with tactical and technical drills to improve karate and self-defense technique. Classes are also broken down into smaller groups for more individualized belt-specific instruction.
