QSAC (Quality Services for the Autism Community)

(212) 244-5560

QSAC (Quality Services for the Autism Community) is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1978 by a group of parents confronted with the limited service options for their children with autism. Today, QSAC provides direct services to more than 2,400 children and adults throughout the region. Our mission is to support children and adults with autism, together with their families, in achieving greater independence, realizing their future potential, and contributing to their communities in a meaningful way by offering person-centered services. QSAC pursues its mission through direct services that provide a supportive and individualized setting for children and adults with autism to improve their communication, socialization, academic, and functional skills. We host an annual 5K every fall (as well as a Bowl-A-Thon in the spring) as a means of raising the funds needed to maintain and expand our programs and services.
