Registration is now Open For Spring 2020 NFL Flag Football League.

NFL Flag allows boys and girls ages 5-14 years old to enjoy America’s favorite sport. Players benefit by being physically active through non-contact, continuous action while learning the fundamentals of football, lessons in teamwork and sportsmanship.

What You Need To Know:

• Game Day: Sundays between the time frame of 1-5 pm.
• Season Start Date: Sunday, March 29th.
• Season End Date: Sunday, June 7th or June 14th.
• Divisions (By Grade): 1st-2nd, 3-4th, 5-6th
• Toddler Program: 4-5 yr old.
• Gender: Coed
• Location: All games played at Manhattan Dewitt Clinton Park 11ave, 54th St.
• Sign Up: You can sign up as a team, buddy group or individual.
• Practice an hour before the game.
