HSS 30 Day Motion Health Challenge!

HSS is excited to share the 30-Day Motion Health Challenge with you to help your student-athletes prepare for their return to sports. Sports Safety and Sports Performance experts at HSS have designed a highly engaging, on-demand education program specifically for adolescent athletes, and combined it with 30 neuromuscular training sessions. These daily sessions, each under 20 minutes, will help your student-athletes identify common injury risk factors, build strength, improve their movement quality, and reduce their risk of injury. The 30-Day Motion Health Challenge is completely FREE and includes physical assessments and knowledge checks so participants can measure changes in performance and knowledge along the way.
