The Kid’s Lab is designed to provide an opportunity of simple, fun movement for kids from yoga to sports-specific training. The Kid’s Lab teaches various fundamental movements and mindset techniques to build a positive, life-long relationship with their health. Primarily geared towards ages 6-11, but all kids (and parents!) can join in on the fun!
After registering, you will receive the private Zoom link via email and each class will be approximately 30 minutes. You will also have concierge communication access with The Kid’s Lab coaches.
What does my child need in order to participate fully?
-A device with internet access, preferably an iPad or computer with a larger screen
-A notebook and writing utensil
-Yoga mat, towel, blanket, or something to use a cushion for floor exercises
-A ball (tennis, lacrosse, baseball, any ball will do!)
-A favorite toy (many kids like to bring their favorite stuffed animal!)
-Comfortable, athletic clothes
-Floor space indoors or outdoors, wherever you feel comfortable with your child moving
-And wash your hands before and after each session!
